Abstract:
An automatic slitting machine, comprising a work platform (1), a transmission belt (2) arranged on the surface of the work platform (1), a compression roller (7), a slitting mechanism (3), a cutting mechanism (4), and a PLC control apparatus (5), the transmission belt (2) being arranged at a feed end of the work platform (1), the compression roller (7), the slitting mechanism (3), and the cutting mechanism (4) being arranged sequentially in parallel at the discharge end of the work platform (1), two columns (6) being arranged on the work platform (1) near to the position of the discharge end thereof, the slitting mechanism (3) and the cutting mechanism (4) being connected in parallel onto the columns (6), and a cutting lifting mechanism (43) and a slitting height-regulating power source (8) both being connected to the PLC control apparatus (5). The present automatic slitting machine has a high level of automation, can implement stable cutting of rubber and plastic products, and can simultaneously ensure that the rubber strips and plastic strips obtained by cutting have uniform cuts, improving the quality of the rubber and the plastic products after slitting.
