Abstract:
An automatic stacking production line, comprising a discharge frame (1), a feeding and conveying system (2), a blanking main machine (3), a finished product stacking machine (4), a synchronous conveying system (5), and a waste recovery device (6) that are sequentially arranged from left to right. The finished product stacking machine comprises a stacking rack (7), power air cylinders (8), ramming bats (9), limiting plates (10), and a stacking conveying belt (11); the power air cylinders are provided on the top of the stacking rack; the bottoms of telescopic rods of the power air cylinders are connected to a fixing frame (12); the tops of the ramming bats are fixedly connected to the fixing frame; the stacking conveying belt is provided on the bottoms of the ramming bats; and the limiting plates are provided between the stacking conveying belt and the ramming bats. The production line can realize automatic feeding, automatic blanking, automatic stacking, synchronous discharging, and automatic recycling of leftover materials, full-automatic operation is realized, and the production efficiency is improved.
