Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatic stud heat-sealing apparatus for automatically moving an aligned stud, heating the moved stud, and heat-sealing the stud on a sheet, and a stud grip sheet manufactured thereby, the apparatus comprising: a main frame (10) wherein a supply unit (11), an operating unit (12), and a discharge unit (13) are sequentially provided to enable a sheet supply device (3) to supply a sheet (1) through a supply unit (11) by a feeding roller (15) and enable the operating unit (12) to heat-seal a stud (100) on a sheet (1), and a transfer conveyer (20), a component guide (30), a finger assembly (40), and a heating unit (50) are provided thereon to wind a stud sheet (5) fixed by the stud (100) around a decoiler (40) provided at the side of the discharge unit (13); the transfer conveyer (20) in which a conveyer belt (21) is provided between a driving pulley (22) and a pulley (23) to enable movement on an endless track and in which a motor (24) is provided to transmit rotational power to the driving pulley (22), and which is provided at an upper part of the supply unit (11) of the main frame (10) to be provided at an upper part of the sheet (1) to be transferred; the component guide (30) provided with a horizontal plate body (31) to form a space part so as to pass a sealing part (101) of the stud (100) through an upper part of the transfer conveyer (20), and having a plurality of transfer line holes (33) formed at the vertical plate body (32) to insert the stud (100) and transfer the inserted stud (100), wherein each transfer line hole (33) has an opened part as a starting part and a closed part as an end part, and a plurality of stopping parts (35) are formed at the end parts of the transfer line holes (33); the finger assembly (40) provided with a finger fixing frame (41) capable of horizontal movement at the operating unit (12) of the main frame (10), provided with a finger fixing bar (43) at the finger fixing frame (41) to be vertically moved by an elevating cylinder (42), fixedly provided with a plurality of fingers (44) on the bottom surface of the finger fixing bar (43), and provided with a detaching unit at the finger (44) to enable the detachment of the stud (100) in stages; the heating unit (50) provided to be in contact with the sealing part (101) of the stud (100) attached to the finger (44) of the finger assembly (40), and in which a heating wire is mounted inside the body thereof so as to melt a contact surface of the sealing part (101) by heating the sealing part (101) which is in contact with the body thereof, wherein the stud aligned and transferred automatically by the component guide is transferred to the heating unit by the finger assembly so as to heat-seal a melted part by pressing the melted part to the sheet.
