Abstract:
An automatic turnover mechanism and a conveying line. The automatic turnover mechanism comprises an outer frame (1), an inner frame (2), a lifting assembly, a rotating assembly, and a clamping assembly. The lifting assembly is mounted on the inner frame, the rotating assembly is mounted on the lifting assembly, and the clamping assembly is mounted on the rotating assembly; the clamping assembly comprises a rotating arm (14), a clamping air cylinder (15), clamping arms (16), adjustment air cylinders (17), and an auxiliary clamping air cylinder (18); the clamping air cylinder (15) is a double-acting air cylinder and is mounted on the rotating arm (14); a clamping arm (16) is mounted on a telescopic rod at each end of the clamping cylinder (15), and at least one adjustment air cylinder (17) is mounted on each clamping arm (16); and the auxiliary clamping air cylinder (18) is a single-acting air cylinder, and is mounted on one of the clamping arms (16), and a telescopic rod of the auxiliary clamping air cylinder (18) is mounted on the other clamping arm (16).
