Abstract:
An automatic welding device having adjustable stroke comprises: a base (1), two opposing sides of the base each having mounted thereon a securing mechanism (3) for securing a material to be welded; two other sides of the base each having mounted thereon a raising/lowering mechanism (2), an execution mechanism (7) and a control mechanism (6), the raising/lowering mechanism being in sliding fit connection with one side of the execution mechanism, and the other side of the execution mechanism being hinged to the control mechanism; the execution mechanism additionally having mounted thereon a welding mechanism (10), and a starting mechanism (5) used for starting and stopping the welding mechanism, and a cutting mechanism (50) used for cutting welding wire; and the activation of the cutting mechanism being controlled by means of a trigger mechanism (4) mounted on the execution mechanism. In the apparatus, the execution mechanism acting in concert with the control mechanism allows the welding apparatus to weld any welding point without needing to weld from beginning to end, thereby reducing time and materials consumed. Moreover, a welding pipe fitting is designed in a way that avoids a change in welding mode creating negative effects which might affect subsequent welding.
