Abstract:
An automatic welding method for an auxiliary hole of a high-speed rail sleeper beam (101). The method integrates the three processes of reverse reconstruction, arc welding, and laser cleaning; moreover, the three processes correspond to a 3D camera (11), a welding torch head (9), and a laser cleaning head (10); a robot tool quick changing apparatus (5) can achieve the automatic switching of the welding torch head (9), the laser cleaning head (10), and the 3D camera (11) in the process of additive manufacturing; a sleeper beam (101) is positioned and fixed on a fixed seat (503), and a transfer rail controls the sleeper beam (101) to move forwards; and after the three processes of reverse reconstruction, arc welding, and laser cleaning are completed, the processed sleeper beam (101) is moved out from an arc additive working station, and a next sleeper beam (101) to be processed is fed into the arc additive working station.
