An automatic wire-feeding intramedullary repository for limb long bone fracture, comprising: a frame (1); a re-positioning sleeve pipe (2) mounted at the front part of the frame (1); a re-positioning head (3) rotatably mounted at the front tip of the re-positioning sleeve pipe (2); a guidewire pipe (7) mounted at the front part of the frame (1); a re-positioning pull rod (5) inserted into the re-positioning sleeve pipe (2), where the re-positioning pull rod (5) is connected to the re-positioning head (3), and the re-positioning pull rod (5) is capable of driving the re-positioning head (3) into rotation around a rotary shaft; a fixed handle (11) fixed at the rear part of the frame (1); a wire-feeding handle (12) rotatably connected to the fixed handle (11); a guidewire push plate (9) arranged between the front part and the rear part of the frame (1); and a guidewire (8) inserted into the guidewire pipe (7), where a push plate repositioning spring (10) is sleeved on the guidewire (8) between the guidewire push plate (9) and the front part of the frame (1), and the upper part of the wire-feeding handle (12) is capable of pushing the guidewire push plate (9) and the guidewire (8) to move forward. The present invention allows for rapid re-positioning of a long bone fracture having lateral displacements and rotational displacements, allows for rapid, stable, and easy-to-control guidewire feeding, increases the accuracy of re-positioning and the quality of surgeries, and solves the problem found in manual wire feeding.
