Abstract:
An automation system for nine-rotation steaming and airing of sesame, used for sesame processing, comprising: a sesame soaking module (1); a sesame washing module (9); a sesame steaming module (2); a sesame airing module (3); a first automation module (4), used for automatically transferring sesame which is soaked to standard to the sesame washing module (9), and automatically transferring the sesame which is washed to standard to the sesame steaming module (2); a second automation module (5), used for automatically transferring the sesame which is steamed to standard to the sesame airing module (3); and a nine-rotation module (10), used for automatically transferring the sesame which is sun-dried to standard to the sesame steaming module (2), and setting the number of processing rotations of the sesame by the sesame steaming module (2) and the sesame airing module (3) to nine times.
