Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the work of joining an inner panel and an outer panel of an automobile hood, while making the mutual joining strength of the inner panel and the outer panel sufficiently high. This automobile hood 1 has an inner panel 2, an outer panel 3, and a plurality of straight line–shaped sealer areas A where joining parts 21 are disposed. An area that includes a straight line–shaped sealer area A, and wherein both ends of the straight line–shaped sealer area A in the longitudinal direction L reach the outer peripheral edge of the inner panel 2, is defined as a between–end–part area B. Among the plurality of straight line–shaped sealer areas A, each of the three longest straight line–shaped sealer areas A2, A4, A3 has a length that is 40% or more of the length of the between–end–part area B2, B4, B3 to which said straight line–shaped sealer area belongs. These three between–end–part areas B2, B4, B3 do not intersect with each other inside an area surrounded by the outer periphery of the inner panel 2.
