An automobile operation service method and system, an electronic device, and a storage medium. Acquisition, recognition, and recording are performed by means of an RFID technology, and an operation service is achieved by means of a process of vehicle entrance and/or vehicle exit. The step of vehicle entrance comprises: determining whether electronic identification information of a vehicle can be acquired, if the electronic identification information of the vehicle can be acquired, recording the electronic identification information of the vehicle, or if the electronic identification information of the vehicle cannot be acquired, triggering a license plate recognition video snapshot system to acquire license plate information of the vehicle; and comparing the acquired license plate information with the electronic identification information of the vehicle to determine that the vehicle is a false-plate vehicle or a fake-plate vehicle. The step of vehicle exit specifically comprises: when the vehicle exits, determining whether the electronic identification information of the vehicle is recorded, if the electronic identification information of the vehicle is not recorded, manually guiding the vehicle to exit, or if the electronic identification information of the vehicle is matched, generating an order; and determining whether a frictionless payment function is provisioned for the vehicle, and if the vehicle has the frictionless payment function, guiding the vehicle to use other payment modes to complete payment. The automobile operation service method combines the automotive electronic identification information, the license plate information and the vehicle information, can achieve frictionless parking payment to avoid excessive manual intervention in vehicle guidance, and can recognize illegal vehicles such as false-plate vehicles and fake-plate vehicles to avoid the property loss caused by false-plate and fake-plate behaviors to legal vehicle owners.
