Abstract:
The embodiments of the present description relate to the technical field of automobiles, and in particular to an automobile tailgate control method and a vehicle. The method comprises: an overall tailgate control link, which comprises a mode setting link and an initial setting link, wherein the mode setting link comprises a mode presetting link; and the initial setting link comprises: a tailgate startup step: a tailgate control module starting up, an identification apparatus at a tailgate part performing user biometric identification, and determining whether the identification succeeds; if the identification succeeds, proceeding to the next step, and if the identification fails, ending an activity; determining whether to allow the opening of a tailgate; if the opening is allowed, proceeding to the next step, and if the opening is not allowed, the tailgate control module being shut down; and the identification apparatus at the tailgate part performing scanning identification on the height of a user, such that the tailgate is adjusted to open to an adaptive height, and the tailgate startup ends. An opening height of a tailgate is adjusted according to height data, such that the opening height of the tailgate matches the height of a user, thereby improving the convenience and sense of experience of the user when using the tailgate.
