The present disclosure provides an automotive camera device and an automobile, relating to the technical field of automobiles. The automotive camera device comprises a camera mechanism and a fixed mechanism. The fixed mechanism comprises a fixed portion and a mounting portion. The mounting portion is used to fix the camera mechanism. An engagement member is disposed on the fixed portion, and the engagement member is used for engaging with a rubber strip of an automobile. During use, the engagement member on the fixed portion engages with the rubber strip of the automobile, such that the fixed portion is fixedly connected to the automobile, and since the camera mechanism is fixed on the mounting portion, the camera mechanism is also fixed on the automobile. The mounting technique employs the engagement member and is easily implemented, does not damage or contaminate an automotive body, and reduces mounting costs. The engagement member is capable of engaging with any rubber strip inside the automobile, that is, a mounting position and a mounting direction of the camera mechanism inside the automobile can be selected according to an actual scenario, thereby widening the range of applications for the device. The mounting technique for the automotive camera device is simple, and is adopted to avoid contamination of the automotive body.
