Abstract:
An automotive suspension spring assembly, comprising a mounting base (1) and a top plate (8). The top of the mounting base (1) is provided with a bottom cylinder (13), and the sides of four corners of the bottom outer wall of the mounting base (1) close to the bottom cylinder (13) are all provided with grooves (15); the sides of the grooves (15) opposite to the bottom cylinder (13) are all provided with threaded holes, and fastening bolts (2) are threadedly connected to inner walls of two corresponding threaded holes; a punch (6) is welded to the central axis of the bottom outer wall of the top plate (8), and a fixing barrel (4) slidably connected to the punch (6) is welded to the top end of the bottom cylinder (13); trapezoidal sliding blocks (16) are slidably connected to two sides of the inner bottom of the bottom cylinder (13). By means of the punch (6), the trapezoidal sliding block (16), and a compression spring (3) provided, during a process that the spring assembly buffers large impact force, when the punch (6) and the trapezoidal sliding block (16) extrude each other, a secondary buffering mechanism consisting of the trapezoidal sliding block (16) and the compression spring (3) intervenes to convert the impact force into elastic potential energy of the compression spring (3) and a supporting spring (9), thereby improving the buffering effect of the assembly.
