Title:
AUXILIARY DRIVE DEVICE FOR SLUICE GATE, SLUICE GATE OPENING/CLOSING DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING AUXILIARY DRIVE DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/161983
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an auxiliary drive device which is for a sluice gate opening/closing device and which can be retrofitted to an existing sluice gate, eliminates the necessity for modifying a drive system during retrofitting, and maintains the height position of a gate panel , whereby the retrofitting can be performed without affecting the opening degree of the gate panel. [Solution] This auxiliary drive device D1 has: a screw shaft 82 which is vertically movably supported by a bearing base body 80 of the sluice gate, and to which a gate panel is attached; a rotating drive body 85 that vertically moves the screw shaft 82; and a handle 87 that rotates and operates the rotating drive body 85. The auxiliary drive device D1 comprises: a sprocket attachment board 1 that has a prescribed split shape and is attached to the handle 87 while being joined at a joining line in the original shape; a driven sprocket 2 that has a predetermined split shape and is attached to the sprocket attachment board 1 while joined at a joining line in the original shape; a drive unit 4 that is attached to an attachment base member 3 and in which a driving sprocket 43 is attached to a rotating shaft 42 of a drive motor 41; and a transmission chain 5 that is wound around the driving sprocket 43 and the driven sprocket 2.
