Abstract:
An auxiliary fitness method, device and system having an interaction function, relating to the field of fitness, and comprising: presetting control content and a preset action corresponding to the control content, the preset action being executed as a control instruction, and the execution result being the implementation of the control content; displaying a fitness course on the auxiliary fitness device; a user sending a control instruction on the basis of the preset action corresponding to the control content; the auxiliary fitness device acquiring image data of the user; the auxiliary fitness device acquiring user action information according to the image data; and comparing the user action information with the preset action, and executing the control instruction corresponding to the preset action. The method can enhance the interactivity and interestingness of the user during fitness, and can facilitate a control center or coach to master the condition of the user, so as to better adjust fitness courses and facilitate long-term use.
