Abstract:
[Problem] An auxiliary weight training device for adjusting a weight training load for building muscle and a method for using the auxiliary weight training device, wherein the auxiliary weight training device and the method for using the same are achieved such that it possible to easily adjust the load of weight training equipment using a simple configuration, thus enabling repetitive exercises to be safely performed up to the limit of strength, producing the effects of maximum muscle building and muscle volume increase. [Solution] An auxiliary weight training device for adjusting a weight training load for building muscle and a method for using the auxiliary weight training device, wherein provided are a plurality of weights that produce a load, a load transmission mechanism for transmitting, to training equipment, the load provided by the weights, and a mechanism for adding and removing the weights. All or some of the weights have built-in electromagnets, and the mechanism for adding and removing the weights includes a conducting relay that controls the supply of power to the electromagnets, and the weight training load is adjusted by adding or removing some of the weights.
