Abstract:
An axle counting apparatus (2) and an axle counting system. The axle counting apparatus (2) performs shaping, by means of a shaping module (22), on sensing signals of sensing units (111, 112, 121, 122), and generates shaped signals. The shaping module (22) comprises shaping units (221-224) correspondingly connected one-to-one to the sensing units (111, 112, 121, 122), a first output port (225), and a second output port (226). A processing module (23) is connected to the first output port (225), and an isolation output module (25) is connected to the second output port (226) and the processing module (23). The processing module (23) uses a 2-out-of-2 architecture to detect a waveform of the shaped signals, and provides a redundancy output of an axle pulse signal or an occupation signal. The occupation signal indicates an abnormal train occupation condition. An axle counting signal is determined according to the axle pulse signal, and axle counting is performed according to the axle counting signal, so as to determine whether a section is occupied or idle, and control the section to be closed or open.
