Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an azaspiro compound and a preparation method therefor and a use thereof, relating to the field of medicinal chemistry. The azaspiro compound having the structural characteristics of formula (I) of the present invention and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a stereoisomer, a solvate, or a prodrug thereof can bond to autotaxin and act as an autotaxin inhibitor, and can thereby be used for preventing or treating diseases having the pathological feature of increased autotaxin expression, such as cancer, fibrotic disease, especially pulmonary fibrosis and liver fibrosis, metabolic disease, myelodysplastic syndrome, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disease, inflammation, nervous system disease, or pain. Compared to a single inhibitor, the present series compound blocks and interferes upstream in various key signal paths, reducing or delaying the growth and metastasis of tumour cells, and can prevent the premature emergence of drug resistance and provide a new possibility for the treatment of tumour cells.
