Abstract:
The present invention provides a compound which is used for the treatment of a fungal infection, including a topical fungal infection and a systemic fungal infection, caused by fungi belonging to the genus Trichophyton, the genus Candida, the genus Aspergillus and the like and which exhibits a superior antifungal activity. The present invention relates to an azole compound represented by general formula (I) (wherein X represents a -N(R1)CO2R2 group (wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom or the like; and R2 represents a C1-6 alkyl group or the like), a -C(R3)=NOR4 group (wherein R3 represents a hydrogen atom or the like; and R4 represents a C1-6 alkyl group or the like) or the like; Y represents a halogen atom or the like; and Q represents CH or a nitrogen atom) or a salt thereof.
