Abstract:

A seat 3 of one embodiment is a baby carriage seat that is attached to a baby carriage 1. The seat 3 includes a seat portion 40, a backrest portion 50, and a pair of side wall portions 80. The side wall portions 80 each include reinforcing plates 81 and 82, and a connecting member 83 that connects the reinforcing plate 81 and the reinforcing plate 82. The reinforcing plate 81 has an inner surface 81a, an outer surface 81b, and an end surface 81c that connects the inner surface 81a and the outer surface 81b. The reinforcing plate 82 has an inner surface 82a, an outer surface 82b, and an end surface 82c that connects the inner surface 82a and the outer surface 82b and comes into contact with the end surface 81c in an unfolded state. A connecting member 83 is bendable at least along the boundary between the reinforcing plate 81 and the reinforcing plate 82, and the connecting member 83 is fixed to the outer surface 81b and the outer surface 82b in a state in which the reinforcing plate 81 and the reinforcing plate 82 are not urged such that the reinforcing plate 81 is bent in relation to the reinforcing plate 82 in the direction in which the angle formed by the outer surface 81b and the outer surface 82b decreases.
