Title:
BACILLUS VELEZENSIS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING COMPLEX ENZYME AT HIGH YIELD AND EFFICIENTLY DEGRADING MYCOTOXIN AND APPLICATION THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/087499
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Bacillus velezensis capable of producing a complex enzyme at high yield and efficiently degrading a mycotoxin and an application thereof. The Bacillus velezensis is Bacillus velezensis LB-Y-1, the strain not only can effectively degrade AFB1, but also has the capability of producing proteases, cellulases and amylases at high yield. An in vivo experiment of a broiler indicates that the stain has potential probiotic characteristics of having high safety and strong stress resistance, being easy for intestinal colonization, improving intestinal flora structures, improving the growth performance, and the like. In addition, the strain can degrade AFB1 in mildewed peanut meal by means of fermentation treatment and increase the content of an acid soluble protein, so as to implement the biological detoxification and quality improvement of the peanut meal. The present invention has a comprehensive effect on eliminating and inhibiting the contamination by mycotoxins in feed and raw materials, reducing the content of crude fiber in the raw materials, increasing the content of a small peptide, and the like.
