A back and abdomen opening device for shrimps, comprising a clamping frame (600), a driving member (200) and a cutting assembly (700); the clamping frame (600) is provided with a first channel (610) penetrating through the clamping frame from the rear to the front, a processing opening (620) in communication with the first channel (610) is provided on the top end of the clamping frame (600), the cutting assembly (700) is connected to an output end (210) of the driving member (200), and the cutting assembly (700) is provided at the processing opening (620) and can extend into the first channel (610) to open the back or abdomen of shrimp bodies passing through in a vertical state. The left and right sides of shrimp bodies to be processed are supported by means of the limit of the first channel (610) in the clamping frame (600), such that shrimp bodies to be processed are kept in a vertical state, and when shrimp bodies to be processed pass through the processing opening (620), the driving member (200) drives the cutting assembly (700) to rotate, so as to cut the shell back or abdomen of the shrimp bodies, and the shrimp bodies that have been cut can be transported away from the rear end of the clamping frame (600), facilitating subsequent shell removing procedures. This device has the advantages of a simple structure and high production efficiency.
