Abstract:
A backflow prevention manhole according to one embodiment comprises: a body; an inflow part which is connected to a sewage inflow pipe and through which sewage flows into the body; and an outflow part which is connected to a sewage outflow pipe and through which the sewage flows out of the body, wherein the inflow part may be formed such that the area of a cross section perpendicular to the flow direction of the fluid gradually increases toward the body. The backflow prevention manhole, a manhole backflow preventing sewage pipe, and an apparatus for connecting the manhole and the sewage pipe according to the embodiments increase the cross-sectional area of the flow of the fluid in the sewage pipe inflow part connecting the manholes, and thus may acquire an intended cross-sectional area of a sewage pipe design. Therefore, since bottleneck blockage occurring in the manhole outflow part can be prevented and the water level of the fluid stored inside the manhole body can stay low, there is an advantage of preventing backflow in which the fluid overflows onto the ground.
