Abstract:
A backlight module and a display apparatus. The backlight module comprises a back plate (1), a backlight source (2), a light guide plate (3), and a light guide assembly (5), the light guide plate (3) being arranged on the back plate (1), the back light source (2) being arranged on the side of the light guide plate (3) facing away from an emergent light side (31), the light guide assembly (5) being arranged to the side of the light guide plate (3), the emergent light direction of the backlight source (2) being toward the light guide assembly (5), and the light guide assembly (5) being used for guiding the light emitted by the backlight source (2) to an incident light face (32) of the light guide plate (3). The backlight module can reduce the non-display area on a screen and increase the screen-to-body ratio.
