Abstract:
A backlight module and a display device. The backlight module is provided with a frame (1), a backlight source (2) and a protection film (3). The frame (1) is composed of a backboard (11) and side walls (12) arranged on the periphery of the backboard (11), the backlight source (2) is accommodated in a space formed by the backboard (11) and the side walls (12), and a light outgoing surface of the backlight source (2) is away from the backboard (11). The protection film (3) covers the light outgoing surface of the backlight source (2), extends to the outer side of the backboard (11) away from the backlight source (2) along at least two opposite side walls (12) of the frame (1), and is fixedly connected to the outer side of the backboard (11) away from the backlight source (2).
