A backlight module and a display device. The backlight module comprises: a heat sink (200); a plastic frame (100) fixed to the heat sink (200) and enclosing a region on the heat sink (200); and a reflector (300) provided in the region enclosed by the plastic frame (100), such that the reflector (300) is capable of moving relative to the heat sink (200).
