Abstract:
A backlight module and a display panel. The display panel comprises a display panel main body and a backlight module. The backlight module comprises a light source (11) and a light guide plate (12). Light-emitting chips (111) of the light source (11) are accommodated in recesses of the light guide plate (12), so that the light source (11) and the light guide plate (12) are prevented from being misaligned, and the relative positional relationship of the light source (11) and the light guide plate (12) is always kept consistent, thereby improving the consistency and stability of the light effect of a light port of the backlight module.
