Abstract:
Provided is a bacterial cellulose-based biosensor, comprising a bacterial cellulose and a cell having a cellulose binding structural domain (CBM) displayed on a surface. The cell is connected to the bacterial cellulose by means of the cellulose binding structural domain (CBM). The bacterial cellulose-based biosensor can achieve the efficient and specific fixing of the cell on a bacterial cellulose matrix, can maintain the biological activity of the cell, enhances the output of a fluorescence signal, provides enough pores for the entrance and exit of a detected object, and remarkably improves the detection sensitivity.
