Abstract:
A bacterial composition contains, as an active biocomponent, the strain Pseudomonas putida - 36, and, as a mineral component, a mixture of salts of the following ratio in per cent by weight: KNO3-34.26-37.12; NH4Cl-28.66-31.28; NH4H2PO4-25.42-28.71; NH4NO3-2.89-11.66. The mass ratio between the biocomponent and the mineral component equals 1:26-32. The content of living cells in the biocomponent amounts to 1.8x1010 - 3.6x1012 per gram of the dry biomass, the number of cells of the biocomponent itself being equal to 104-106 per ml. The concentration of the mineral component is 0.07-0.08 per cent by weight. The composition may be used with or without the carrier which may consist of a solid inert substance or of water. A method for purifying water and soil by treating them with the bacterial composition in the quantity of 350-800 mg per M2 of treated surface.
