[Problem] To find and provide beneficial bacteria from the flora in the birth canal. [Solution] An aspect of the present disclosure is a strain DL81 bacterium belonging to the species Lactobacillus coleohominis, which has been internationally deposited under accession number NITE BP-03295 and which enhances IL10 gene expression.
