This invention is about a badge that senses the safety of the environment for kids to allow them to avoid words and incident which affects their mental health.

Current Situation of the Technique:

Today parents cannot always be sure if their kids are in safe in their social life. Especially kids deal with various people within their social life and during this time they record all these information they're unknowingly exposed to into their brains. And mental problems become inevitable for kids who face verbal violence or any unfavorable happening as a result of this kind of cases. Kids not experiencing the happening that will change their life and affect their healthy decision-making, is available with keeping away from it and their ability of showing reflex. These kind of reflexes are at vital importance. And this is available only with the kid's awareness to this unfavorable situation. In order to overcome the negativities mentioned above, below inventions are developed in literature.

In the patent application numbered CN107894705A, the "Kid Phone Watch and Method to Analyze the Dangerous Kid Incident Based on Face Recognition" is described. The current invention includes a watch casing and watchbands fixed at the left and right sides of a watch casing. Here a display screen, an infrared camera, a microphone, a speaker and a wireless transmitter are arranged. Incident monitoring; a microprocessor, a storing unit, a GPRS module, a SIM card, a GPS module, a voice recognition chip, a record chip and a cell are fixed inside the watch casing; and the invention describes a method to analyze a dangerous kid incident based on face and voice recognition. Patent application mentioned above describes a watch. But it's not suitable for every kid in terms of use. I conclusion there's a need for a product which can overcome the disadvantages mentioned above and can be affixed on every kind of outfit or accessory such as a badge.

Invention Definition:

This invention is a badge that senses the safety of the environment for kids and its' characteristic is; being a new technology that can be affixed on every kind of outfit or accessory such as a badge.

In order to fulfill all the purposes mentioned above and arise from the detailed description below, the invention will prevent a generation with big psychological problems raised in the future.

The badge subject to invention allows kids to avoid especially the words which will affect their mental health. With its' voice detecting microphone on it, it detects words with unfavorable meaning recorded in its' data base. When such a case is faced, it informs the user with a sound like "Do-not do-not" or vibration or visually like a light.

The badge subject to invention utilizes both the voice data and image processing technologies and warns the user in case of an unfavorable situation.

Description of Invention:

The invention is composed of; a voice detector (1) connected to at least one of the surfaces of the badge (3), a sound transmitter (2) fixed on at least one of the surfaces of the badge (3), a fixer (4) located at the rear surface of the badge (3), a camera (5) fixed on the front surface of the badge (3) and a processor (6) that matches the data from the voice detector (1) and the camera (5) with the voice and image data recorded in the data base and activates the sound transmitter (2). The processor (6) of the invention; gives a warning with the sound transmitter (2) or the vibration transmitter or led lights placed on the badge (3) surface in the event of the data from the camera (5) or the voice detector (1) matches with the unfavorable elements recorded in the data base.

The processor (6) of the invention; involves an image and voice processing technology for the voice and image data taken from the camera (5) and the voice detector (1).

Detailed Description of Invention:

Basic components composing the invention are; the voice detector (1), the sound transmitter (2), the badge (3), the fixer (4), the camera (5) and the processor (6).

The working of the badge (3) subject to invention is as follows: At first the invention is affixed on an outfit or any accessory with the fixer (4) it has. Then, the voice and image data in the environment is sent to the processor (6) through the voice detector (1) and the camera (5). These data are processed by means of matching them with the prerecorded voice and image data in the data base. In case of any processed data including an unfavorable element, the processor (6) activates the sound transmitter (2). This way it's allowed for the individual to move away from the environment when faced an unfavorable case.

The badge (3) subject to invention gives a warning through the sound transmitter (2) or vibration transmitter or led lights placed on the badge (3) surface as a result of the data from the camera (5) and the voice detector (1) matches the data recorded in the data base and containing unfavorable elements for kids. Here the processor (6) uses image and voice processor technology for the voice and image data taken from the camera (5) and the voice detector (1).
