Abstract:
Disclosed are a baffled anaerobic biological nest integrated nitrogen and carbon removal device and a nitrogen and carbon removal process. The device comprises a device main body, a trough plate and a baffle plate, wherein the trough plate is connected to the device main body to divide the interior of the device main body into a cavity section I, a cavity section II, a cavity section III and a cavity section IV; the cavity section I, the cavity section II and the cavity section III are sequentially arranged and in communication with one another, and the cavity section IV is located on one side of the cavity section I; the baffle plate is connected in the device main body for guiding sewage to enter each cavity section; the cavity section I, the cavity section II and the cavity section III are provided with filler bundles for purifying water and attaching microorganisms; a biomass separation device and an aeration device are arranged in the cavity section IV, two ends of the biomass separation device are connected to the trough plate and the baffle plate respectively, and water in the cavity section IV can pass through the biomass separation device to flow into the cavity section I; a water inlet is provided in the cavity section I; a backflow water outlet and a water discharge port are formed in the cavity section III; and a backflow water inlet is formed in the cavity section IV. The device has a simple structure, saves costs and reduces energy consumption, and achieves efficient treatment of sewage.
