Abstract:
A baking device includes a first baking tray (11), a second baking tray (14) and a fixed mechanism (2). The first baking tray is supported on the fixed mechanism. The first baking tray is rotationally connected with the second baking tray; both of them can rotate around a rotary axis. A baking chamber is formed between the first baking tray and the second baking tray. A feeding opening (3) for leading the paste to flow into the baking chamber is provided on the upper end of at least one of the first baking tray and the second baking tray. The two baking trays form an angle with the horizontal and are arranged obliquely. Since the feeding opening is formed, the paste is directly fed to the baking chamber from the feeding opening without opening the baking trays and the device is convenient. At the same time, water steam generating during heating cake process is discharged through the opening, so that extrusion of non-cured paste from the peripheral gap is avoided. Hence the contamination of desk and device is prevented, and material for making cake is saved.
