A balance adjusting mechanism (20) for a refrigerator, the balance adjusting mechanism comprising a support (21) rotatably mounted to a refrigerator body around a first horizontal axis; a first support wheel (22) rotatably mounted to the support (21) around a second horizontal axis, the second horizontal axis being below the horizontal plane in which the first horizontal axis is located; and an adjustment device configured to drive the support (21) and the first support wheel (22) to rotate around the first horizontal axis so as to adjust the height, relative to a refrigerator placement surface, of a position in the refrigerator body in which the support is mounted. Further disclosed is a built-in refrigerator. The balance adjusting mechanism (20) is mounted at the bottom of the refrigerator, an operation portion of the balance adjusting mechanism (20) is arranged at the front of the refrigerator, and by means of the operation portion, a bottom leg can be adjusted quickly, simply and conveniently without moving the refrigerator out of a cupboard, such that the refrigerator is flush with the cupboard.
