The inner circumference of a second rivet hole (12b) in the present invention is formed from a sheared surface (17b) with a constant cylindrical shape in which the inner diameter does not change along the axial direction and a fracture surface (18b) with a tapered shape that gradually expands in diameter from the sheared surface (17b) toward a mating surface (16b).
