Abstract:
A ball training apparatus (100) comprises: a ball (1); a ball-holding net (2) that wraps around the ball (1); a tether cord (3) which is connected to the net (2) with one end; a handle and cord length adjuster (12) which is connected to the other end of the cord (3) for adjusting the length of the cord (3); a spinning connector (11) which is installed on the ball-holding net (2) to connect the ball-holding net (2) to one end of the cord (3) and allow the net (2) to spin relative to the cord (3). Thus the ball (1) inside the net (3) can rotate freely without intertwining with the cord (3).
