Abstract:

A ballast flattening device (50) and a ballast flattening vehicle having same. The ballast flattening vehicle comprises a vehicle body (40) and the ballast flattening device (50) provided on the vehicle body (40). The ballast flattening device (50) comprises a first ballast flattening plough assembly (51) located at one side of the vehicle body (40), a first rail cleaner (52), a second ballast flattening plough assembly (53) provided at the other side of the vehicle body (40), and a second rail cleaner (54). The first ballast flattening plough assembly (51) comprises a first ballast flattening plough (511) and a first ballast flattening plough oil cylinder (516); the second ballast flattening plough assembly (53) comprises a second ballast flattening plough and a second ballast flattening plough oil cylinder (536); the first rail cleaner (52) comprises a first cleaner oil cylinder (522) and a first cleaning bar (524); and the second rail cleaner (54) comprises a second cleaner oil cylinder (542) and a second cleaning bar. The ballast flattening plough is controlled by the ballast flattening plough oil cylinder to descend so as to flatten the ballast, and the cleaning bar is controlled by the cleanser oil cylinder to descend as so to perform cleaning, so that there is no need to flatten the ballast manually, thereby improving the efficiency of ballast flattening.
