Abstract:
A balloon device (1000) for a shock wave medical device, and a shock wave medical device (2000). The balloon device (1000) comprises a balloon body (100) and a shock wave emitting part (200). The balloon body (100) comprises a plurality of sub-balloons (110) arranged circumferentially, the plurality of sub-balloons (110) define an inter-balloon through cavity (100a), and the axial directions of the plurality of sub-balloons (110) each are parallel to the axial direction of the inter-balloon through cavity (100a). The shock wave emitting part (200) comprises at least one shock wave emitter (210) configured to generate shock waves, the at least one shock wave emitter (210) is circumferentially arranged in the plurality of sub-balloons (110) at intervals, and each sub-balloon (110) is provided with a first channel allowing for circulation of a liquid for conducting shock waves. The shock wave emitter (210) is circumferentially arranged in the plurality of sub-balloons (110) at intervals, so that the outer diameter of the balloon device (1000) in a folded state can be reduced, thus facilitating the shock wave medical device (2000) passing through the blood vessel and being delivered to the heart valve without blocking the blood vessel, relaxing the surgical time restriction for the use of the shock wave medical device (2000), and achieving a better treatment effect for calcification.
