Abstract:
Provided is a device whereby a balloon can be filled with gas outdoors and the balloon can be anchored without directly fixing a mooring line to the ground, e.g., by an anchor. This balloon storage box 203 has: a balloon anchoring device 3 that anchors the balloon 90; a bottom surface 230 having the balloon anchoring device 3 arranged thereupon; side surfaces 240-244 having the lower edges thereof arranged along the perimeter of the bottom surface 230; upper surfaces 250-254 arranged so as to come in contact with upper edges facing the lower edges of the side surfaces 240-244; side surface travel mechanisms 260-263 that travel such that the distance between at least some of the side surfaces 240-244 and the facing side surfaces widens; and upper surface travel mechanisms 270-273 that rotate at least some of the upper surfaces 250-254 towards to the side surfaces 240-244 so as to open and close.
