Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of communications. Provided in the present application are a Balun and a differential amplifier. The Balun comprises a first group of quarter-wavelength coupling lines and a second group of quarter-wavelength coupling lines, wherein the first group of quarter-wavelength coupling lines comprise a first upper-layer metal line and a first lower-layer metal line; the second group of quarter-wavelength coupling lines comprise a second upper-layer metal line and a second lower-layer metal line; and each metal line among the first upper-layer metal line, the first lower-layer metal line, the second upper-layer metal line and the second lower-layer metal line is not linear in the lengthwise direction of the Balun, and is bent in the widthwise direction of the Balun. The Balun in the present application is overall miniaturized and has a more compact design, thereby reducing the waste of an on-chip occupied area to the greatest extent.
