Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a balun transformer in which magnetic coupling between a primary winding and a secondary winding is enhanced. [Solution] A balun transformer 1 is provided with terminal electrodes E1-E4, coil patterns 10, 30 connected in parallel between the terminal electrode E1 and the terminal electrode E2, and coil patterns 20, 40 connected in parallel between the terminal electrode E3 and terminal electrode E4. The coil patterns 10, 20, 30, and 40 are stacked in the stated order in a coaxial configuration. As such, the coil patterns 10 and 30, which constitute a primary winding and are connected in parallel to one another, and the coil patterns 20 and 40, which constitute a secondary winding and are connected in parallel to one another, are alternatingly stacked, enabling magnetic coupling between the primary winding and secondary winding to be enhanced.
