Abstract:
The present disclosure discloses a bamboo and wood fiber composite board and a preparation method therefor, and relates to the technical field of bamboo and wood fiber composite boards, to improve physical performance of a board. The board comprises a top plate, a core plate and a bottom plate, the core plate being located between the top plate and the core plate; the core plate comprises oblique ribs distributed in a V-shaped staggered way, and lower triangular cavities and upper triangular cavities which are distributed in a staggered way, formed between the oblique ribs and the core plate and the top plate respectively; and a strip-shaped plane formed at a junction of two adjacent oblique ribs. The preparation method for the board comprises the following steps: preparing each component of the raw materials according to weight ratios, and mixing the raw materials; and stirring in a stirrer after mixing. In the content of the present disclosure, by means of arranging oblique ribs, lower triangular cavities, the upper triangular cavities and other structures, the weight of a board can be reduced to a certain extent while maintaining a thickness of the board, and on the basis of the design of the lower triangular cavities and the upper triangular cavities, the board has excellent structural firmness, and the physical properties of the board are improved.
