Abstract:
A band saw blade and a manufacturing method therefor. The band saw blade comprises a saw blade body and saw teeth; the saw teeth are repeatedly arranged according to a plurality of main loops, each main loop being formed by a plurality of arranged sub-tooth sub-loops, and the main loop also follows the arrangement rule of the plurality of geometric sub-loops; each sub-tooth sub-loop includes at least three sub-teeth, and the orders of the sub-teeth in every two adjacent sub-teeth sub-loops are different; each geometric sub-loop comprises a plurality of sub-teeth, and the spacing between saw teeth in the same geometric sub-loop are different. The band saw blade has a prolonged service life, reduces noise and vibration, and ensures smoothness and flatness of the surface of a cut workpiece.
