A control method for a bank self-service terminal, comprising: responding to a user request triggered on a bank self-service terminal, and determining, according to the user request, whether to initiate an on-site verification request (S10); when confirmed that an on-site verification request needs to be initiated for the user request, searching for communication information of an authorized person corresponding to the user request (S20); according to found communication information, sending on-site verification prompting information to the corresponding authorized person (S30). Further provided are a bank self-service terminal and a computer-readable storage medium.
