Abstract:
Disclosed are a banknote feeding and discharging apparatus and a cash handling device. The banknote feeding and discharging apparatus comprises a rack (101), a banknote distribution mechanism (107), a banknote collecting mechanism (117) and a guiding mechanism. The rack (101) is provided with an accommodating cavity (103), and a banknote supporting plate (105) is arranged in the accommodating cavity (103); the banknote distribution mechanism (107) and the banknote collecting mechanism (117) are respectively positioned at two ends of the banknote supporting plate (105); the guiding mechanism comprises a first guiding plate (123), a first blocking member (125) and a second guiding plate (129), which are arranged in sequence; the first blocking member (125) and the second guiding plate (129) are movably arranged on the rack (101) in a first direction, and a banknote distribution space (131) is formed between the first guiding plate (123) and the first blocking member (125); and the guiding mechanism further comprises a second blocking member (127), wherein the second blocking member (127) is movably arranged on the rack (101) in a second direction and has a banknote blocking position for entering the accommodating cavity (103) and an avoidance position for exiting the accommodating cavity (103). In the banknote blocking position, the second guiding plate (129), the second blocking member (127) and the banknote supporting plate (105) can form a banknote collecting space (133); and in the avoidance position, the second guiding plate (129), the first blocking member (125) and the banknote supporting plate (105) can form a banknote collecting space (133). The banknote collecting mechanism (117) reliably inputting banknotes into the accommodating cavity (103), and the banknote distribution mechanism (107) reliably outputting the banknotes from the accommodating cavity (103) is ensured, and the banknotes being able to enter and exit the accommodating cavity (103) in order when the banknote collecting mechanism (117) and the banknote distribution mechanism (107) are operating at the same time is ensured.
