Abstract:
[Problem] To solve the problem that a bar code displayed on a portable terminal can be simply duplicated by, e.g., photographing the display of the portable terminal, and that the bar code duplicated this way could be misappropriated or abused by a third person. [Means to Solve the Problem] [Solution] The present invention proposes a bar code display device, etc., having: a bar code information acquisition unit for acquiring bar code information that is information for displaying a bar code; an output display change information acquisition unit for acquiring display change information that is information for outputting a change display that is the display for changing a color, a shape, and a pattern, or a combination thereof over time; and a display output unit for outputting, to the same screen, a bar code based on the acquired bar code information and a change display based on the acquired display change information.
