Abstract:
Provided are a barium strontium titanate solid solution nano cubic crystal, a method for preparing same, and use thereof. Adopting a sol precipitation method, a highly-dispersed barium strontium titanate solid solution nano cubic crystal sol is obtained in a triethylene glycol solvent by means of hydrolysis of tetrabutyl titanate; and then, by adding deionized water into the nano cubic crystal sol, a barium strontium titanate nano cubic crystal precipitate is obtained. The solid solution is constructed by replacing strontium with barium, so that the piezoelectric property of a catalyst can be adjusted, inversion symmetry can be broken by adopting a strain gradient, and piezoelectric polarization is induced by means of a flexoelectric effect, further improving the piezoelectric catalytic activity of the catalyst. Compared with an existing modified strontium titanate catalyst, under a condition of pure ultrasonic vibration, the solid solution nano cubic crystal shows excellent piezoelectric catalytic activity, bisphenol-A is almost completely degraded within 16 min, and the catalytic performance is far higher than that of the existing strontium titanate composite catalyst.
