Abstract:
Provided are a barking deterrent control method and apparatus of a barking deterrent device. The method comprises: detecting a dog barking sound; detecting a vibration feature during dog barking; determining whether the dog barking sound reaches a pre-set noise level or whether a dog barking audio feature reaches a pre-set audio feature; determining whether the detected vibration feature during dog barking comprises a head shaking feature and a dog laryngeal prominence vibration feature; and if the dog barking sound reaches the pre-set noise level or the dog barking audio feature reaches the pre-set audio feature, and the detected vibration feature during dog barking comprises a head shaking feature and a dog laryngeal prominence vibration feature, determining that the dog wearing a barking deterrent device is barking, and when a pre-set barking deterrent trigger condition is satisfied, sending a barking deterrent action to the dog wearing the barking deterrent device. The apparatus can accurately recognize the barking of a dog, accurately distinguish which dog is barking, and then trigger a barking deterrent and stop the barking.
