Abstract:
Provided is a barrier film that is for a wavelength conversion sheet and that can suppress luminance unevenness in a surface of the wavelength conversion sheet when the barrier film is applied to the wavelength conversion sheet. The barrier film for a wavelength conversion sheet has a first base material film, a second base material film, a barrier layer, a primer layer, and an adhesive layer located between the first base material film and the second base material film, and satisfies condition 1. A surface of the barrier film on a side having the primer layer is defined as a surface 1, with the adhesive layer as a reference. The elevation of the surface 1 is measured at an interval of 1 mm, and elevation data of the surface 1 is acquired. A contour curve of the surface 1 determined by the elevation data is defined as a contour curve 1. In the contour curve 1 in a predetermined direction, at least a portion of the surface 1 has at least one projection/recess 1 having a difference of elevation of 0.001 to 0.600 mm between a crest part and a trough part adjacent to each other. When the difference of elevation of the projection/recess 1 is defined as H [mm] and the width of the projection/recess 1 is defined as W [mm], formula (1) is satisfied. (1): H/W2≤1.5×10-5.
