Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of functional cellulose films, and provides a barrier and heat-sealable cellulose film, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The barrier and heat-sealable cellulose film provided by the present invention comprises a barrier layer, a regenerated cellulose base film, and an adhesive layer which are sequentially stacked, wherein the barrier layer is formed by a barrier coating (a polyvinylidene chloride emulsion, a first anti-sticking agent, and water), and the adhesive layer is formed by an adhesive coating (an emulsion (an acrylate emulsion and/or a polyurethane emulsion), a second anti-sticking agent, and water). The barrier and heat-sealable cellulose film provided by the present invention has high adhesion and high barrier performance, can be directly hot-pressed with a paper product, is high in adhesive strength with a paper product, and meets the use requirement of a coated paper for adhesive strength. The barrier and heat-sealable cellulose film provided by the present invention is high in moisture barrier performance and oxygen barrier performance, and has excellent aroma retention performance, fresh-keeping performance, and moisture resistance. The barrier and heat-sealable cellulose film provided by the present invention is high in self-heat-sealing strength, and can be self-hot-pressed to prepare a packaging bag which is high in edge sealing strength.
